An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Amy provides strategic HR, finance, and IT consulting to help organizations optimize processes, technology, and service delivery. Supported by a team of experts, she solves complex business challenges by approaching them from all angles, leading to sustainable transformation and measurable results.
Prior to founding NorthCreek, Amy served in senior leadership roles at Citizens Bank, CB Richard Ellis, and Option One Mortgage (now H&R Block). She holds a BS in Sociology from Suffolk University and an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management. An active member of SHRM and NHRA, Amy is a frequent conference speaker and a former educator at California State University, Fullerton.
